Internship: Chemisch Analist R&D/ QC Flavors

In this internship you will perform routine analyses, develop and validate methods, and manage the equipment. You support the production department by the creation and verifying of formulas.

Responsibilities:

• You manage and maintain the documentation system
• Stay up to date on developments in the flavor industry
• Serve as the point of contact for the documentation system, QA, and QC
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of test results
• Manage and validate equipment, including GC-MS/FID
• Perform routine QC analyses
• Analyze flavorings using Headspace GC-MS/FID
• Develop and validate methods
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions
• Record deviations

 Job Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in a chemical direction. 
• Experience with GC is an advantage
• Experience with flavorings is a plus
• Proficiency in English
• EU citizenship, permitted to work in The Netherlands
• Erasmusfunding or similar scholarship
• Available minimum 6 months
